Why there is no phone number on this page

Because we would not answer it reliably, and a number that rings out is worse than no number. Consential is deliberately small and the people who would pick up are the people building the product. Every question above is better in writing anyway: it arrives with the domain, the screenshot and the finding attached, and the answer becomes something you can forward to your web person. If a conversation genuinely needs a call, say so in the form and we will book one.

Please do not send patient information

No names, dates of birth, clinical detail, or a screenshot of a record — not for a demo and not as an example. We do not need it, we do not want to hold it, and email is the wrong channel for it regardless of who is on the other end. If you need to show us a problem on a page with patient data on it, send the URL and we will look at it ourselves.

Before you write

Most first questions are answered faster by the scan than by us

If your question is a version of “what is actually running on our website”, you do not need us to answer it. The free scan names every third party your pages contact and when each one fired, on screen, with no email required and nothing to install. Bring the result and the conversation starts two steps further along.

If it is a product question rather than a site question, the FAQ answers 37 of them, including the ones where the honest answer is no.

Useful to include

Four things that turn one email into an answer

  • Practice name and websiteThe domain is the single most useful line in the message, because we can look at it before replying.
  • What you are runningGA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, call tracking — as much as you know. “Not sure” is a fine answer and the scan settles it.
  • Who can change the siteWhether there is a tag manager, and who has access. This decides how an install actually goes.
  • What prompted thisA demand letter, an audit, a new state law, or plain diligence. It changes which half of the answer matters to you.

Write to us

One form, and it reaches the people building it

No phone tree and no ticket number. Tell us which of the three above you are and what you need, and you get a written answer you can forward to whoever else has to see it.

Or skip all of it and scan your own site.

It costs nothing, needs no email address, and names the specific third parties your pages contact before a patient has agreed to anything.

Scan your site

We do not add your address to a list, we do not sell it, and it does not trigger a sequence. You get a reply from a person, and if you do not reply we will not chase you. What we do with an enquiry is set out in the Privacy Policy.
