Partner Program
Now bill for the paper trail.
Every practice website you touch carries consent and accessibility exposure you were never scoped to fix. Consential fixes it, documents it every month, and pays you for as long as the account lives. Introduce it and take a share, or buy at wholesale and set your own price.
No fee to join. No minimum. No exclusivity.
We are software. We will never be your competitor.
You are being asked to introduce a vendor to clients you spent years earning. The honest question is whether that vendor eventually pitches them.
Consential does not sell marketing, SEO, advertising, media buying, web design, or any other service. There is no service line here that could ever compete with you, which is a structural fact about what this company is, not a promise that could be quietly revoked next year.
The partner agreement carries a mutual non-solicitation anyway, for the life of the partnership plus twelve months. The business model is the argument. The clause is the guarantee.
Your client stays your client. We never contact them outside the product.
Why agencies take this
Recurring revenue on work you have already done.
You built or manage the site. The exposure is already there. The only question is whether someone else gets paid to document it.
A line item, not a bounty
A share of recurring revenue for as long as the practice stays, with no cap, no step-down, and no expiry. It does not reset in January.
A reason to call a quiet client
Every partner gets a co-branded scan. Run it on any practice site and it returns dated, specific findings on their own property, with your logo on the report. That is a conversation, not a pitch.
No new operational load
Install it and it runs, scans, documents, and reports on its own. Nothing in the product waits on you, your developer, or the practice to take an action. Referral partners never touch support at all.
Three ways in
Introduce it, resell it, or put your name on it.
The three tracks differ on one axis: how much of the relationship you want to own. Start wherever you are. Partners move up when it makes sense, and nothing about the first track has to be unwound to reach the third.
Track 01
Referral Partner
You make the introduction. We sell, bill, and support. The practice is our customer.
- Who bills
- We do
- Who supports
- We do
- Whose brand
- Ours
You earn a share of recurring revenue, paid monthly for the life of the account.
- Uncapped, no step-down, no expiry
- Tracked by your link and your code
- Co-branded scan link
- Pre-approved copy and assets
- You never handle a support ticket
No minimum · self-serve
Track 02
Certified Partner
You buy at wholesale and set your own retail price. The practice is your customer, on your invoice.
- Who bills
- You do
- Who supports
- You, first line
- Whose brand
- Ours, co-marked
You earn the spread between wholesale and whatever you decide to charge.
- Price it yourself, keep the spread
- One invoice for every practice you carry
- Multi-practice dashboard
- You own the relationship end to end
- We never see or publish your retail price
Small active minimum · certification required
Track 03
Embedded Partner
Consential disappears. Your brand is on the widget, the dashboard, and the monthly evidence report.
- Who bills
- You do
- Who supports
- You, first line
- Whose brand
- Yours
You earn the deepest wholesale position we offer, under your own name.
- Full white-label, our branding removed
- Your logo on the monthly report
- Practice-scoped API access
- Sub-account provisioning
- Named contact for escalation
Portfolio scale · annual term
Rates are not published here. Commission percentages and wholesale pricing go out with the partner agreement once an application is approved, so the practices you serve are never reading your margin before you have quoted them. Ask on the application and you will have the full schedule in writing the same week.
Your door-opener
A dated finding on their own site beats any deck.
The hardest part of selling anything to a practice owner is the reason for the call. Partners get a co-branded scan link that produces one.
Point it at any practice website and it returns a real WCAG finding list and a real tracker inventory, timestamped, with your logo on the report. No signup, no obligation, and the findings are verifiable by anyone who wants to check them.
- Run it on prospects, or on the client who has gone quiet
- Unlimited scans, no per-scan cost to you
- Findings name the element and the page, not a grade
Three trackers fire before any consent choice is recorded.
/consultation<iframe>/contactWho this is built for
Four kinds of partner, one thing in common.
Every one of them already has the practice's trust and already touches the website. That is the whole qualification.
Healthcare marketing agencies
You run the ads, the site, and the tracking. You are already the person the practice calls when something on the website looks wrong.
Web developers and MSPs
You maintain the stack. Consent and accessibility are the two things clients assume you handled and nobody ever scoped.
Practice consultants and administrators
You already advise on operations and risk. This is the part of the risk surface that lives outside the building and rarely gets audited.
Compliance and billing firms
You are already trusted with the paperwork. A dated website record files next to everything else you keep for them.
How it runs
Four steps, and only one of them is yours.
Apply
A few minutes. No fee, no minimum, no exclusivity clause waiting at the bottom.
Get your terms and kit
Full rate schedule in writing, plus your tracking link, discount code, co-branded scan, and copy that has already cleared our language rules.
Introduce or resell
Send a scan, make an introduction, or add it to your own retainer. That is the whole obligation.
Get paid
Monthly, one month in arrears, straight from our billing system. No invoicing us, no chasing.
Straight answer
What you can resell today, and what you cannot.
Most partner pages leave this out. Reselling consent means standing between a practice and its patient data, and that is not a thing we will fudge to make a page read better.
Accessibility monitoring
Scheduled WCAG 2.1 AA scans, remediation guidance, and a timestamped evidence report every cycle. Reads public pages, touches no patient data, needs no agreement between us and the practice.
Consent management
The consent gate touches patient data, so it requires a Business Associate Agreement signed directly between us and the practice as the covered entity. A reseller cannot execute that on their behalf, and we will not pretend otherwise. Refer it instead and you are paid the full referral share — we contract with the practice directly and your economics do not change.
What we ask
Four rules, and we hand you the assets so you never trip on the first one.
This is a compliance brand. How it enters a conversation matters more than how fast it does.
Never promise compliance
No partner may say Consential makes a practice HIPAA or ADA compliant, guarantees an outcome, or removes liability. We do not say it either. Every asset we give you is already written to that line, so the safest path is to use ours.
No cold blasting
Bulk unsolicited email or SMS is a termination event. A product about consent cannot introduce itself to the market without it.
No bidding on our name
No paid search on "Consential" or close variants. You are paid for introductions you make, not for intercepting ones already headed here.
No self-referral
Commission does not apply to your own practice, an affiliated entity, or anything under common ownership. Bring us someone else's client, not your own second company.
Questions partners actually ask
The awkward ones first.
Why aren't the rates on this page?
Because the practices you serve read this page too. A published commission percentage tells your client exactly what sits between your invoice and our wholesale, and that turns every renewal into a discount conversation you did not ask for. The full schedule goes out in writing with the partner agreement, before you commit to anything and before you quote anybody.
Ask on the application if you want it up front. We will send it. We just will not publish it where your client can read it over your shoulder.
Will you sell to my client behind my back?
No, and the reason is structural rather than a matter of trust. Consential sells software and nothing else. There is no marketing, SEO, advertising, or web services line here to sell them. The partner agreement adds a mutual non-solicitation for the life of the partnership plus twelve months, so the promise has teeth even if you would rather not take the business model on faith.
What happens to my commission if the practice cancels?
It stops. Commission is a share of revenue actually collected, so it tracks the account for exactly as long as the account exists. Refunds and chargebacks reverse, and an account that cancels inside the first sixty days claws back. That is deliberate: it is the only structure that keeps us both interested in month seven rather than just week one.
How long does attribution last?
Ninety days on the link, and indefinitely on your discount code. If a practice you introduced signs up four months later using your code, it is yours. If two partners have a claim, the code wins over the cookie.
Do I have to support the practices I bring?
As a Referral Partner, never — the practice is our customer and every ticket comes to us. As a Certified or Embedded Partner you are first-line support, and that is precisely what the wider margin is paying for. Choose the track that matches how much of the relationship you actually want.
Can I mark it up?
At Certified and Embedded, yes, and we neither see nor publish what you charge. Referral is a share of our list price, so there is nothing to mark up there. The agencies doing best with this treat it as a service line of their own rather than a pass-through.
What if my client already has a cookie banner?
Most do, and most of them fire tags before the visitor has chosen anything, which is the part that matters. Run the scan on the site. If the banner is genuinely holding tags and the log is genuinely append-only, we will tell you that and there is no sale to make.
Is there a fee, a quota, or an exclusivity clause?
None of the three. Referral is self-serve with no minimum. Certified asks for a small number of active practices and a short certification, because you are taking on first-line support and we would rather you were ready for it. You may carry competing products; we are not going to police your stack.
Does partner pricing stack with other discounts?
No. Partner pricing is not combinable with other discounts or promotional codes, in either direction.
What partnering does not buy
Consential is compliance infrastructure. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, it does not indemnify you or your client, and reselling it does not by itself satisfy HIPAA, the ADA, or any state privacy law. Nothing in this program authorises a partner to say otherwise on our behalf, and a partner who does is a partner we end.
What you are selling is a gate that holds, a record that stands up, and a dated report that says what was true and when. That is a genuinely valuable thing to sell a practice. It is not the same thing as protection, and the practices worth keeping can tell the difference. See the full Risk Disclosure Privacy choices.
Bring us one practice and see how it goes.
The application takes a few minutes. If it is a fit, you will have the full rate schedule and your partner kit the same week.
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
