More than one practice, or one brand across several domains, is priced as a rollup rather than per site. White-label and practice-scoped API access live here too.

Priced per practice, not per visitor.
No per-visitor metering, no traffic tiers, no charge for the month a campaign does well. One practice, one domain, one monthly number you can put in a budget.
What's inside.
Every line below is in the plan you configure alongside. Nothing here is an add-on or an upsell.
- A consent gate that holds tags before they execute
- Append-only audit log, retained six years
- Google Consent Mode v2 signalled correctly
- US state detection with state-aware notices
- Hosted patient preference center, branded
- CRM sync and HMAC-signed webhooks
- Script drift and policy staleness checks each cycle
- Added with the Accessibility Monitoring module
- Scheduled WCAG 2.1 AA scans in a real browser
- Page discovery that opens the conversion path first
- Remediation guidance for WordPress, GHL, or Next.js
- A timestamped evidence report every cycle, archived
What you're covering
Consent alone, or consent plus scheduled accessibility monitoring.
How you'd like to be billed
Pay annually and 20% comes off the monthly price.
Consent management for one practice, one domain. Billed monthly, no contract term.
Or scan your site free first — no email required for the on-screen result.
Three things priced outside the plan.
Each is delivered once and then it ends. None of them becomes a retainer, and none is bundled into the monthly number above.
Gating tags without wiring Google Consent Mode v2 costs a practice its ad reporting. If your tags are hardcoded in the theme or spread across more than one container, that is a one-time piece of work, scoped from a live scan before anyone quotes.
See what it coversThe monitoring finds the defects every cycle. Repairing them is separate work, scoped from your own scan before anyone quotes. About half the rules we check are mechanically repairable and get fixed directly; contrast is usually the larger half and is handled as a short design pass with your sign-off, because it is a decision about your brand colours rather than a patch. The report never claims the result conforms to a standard.
See what it coversIncluded at every level.
Not tiered, not upsold, not withheld from the smaller plan.
No PHI in the record
A consent record is ten fields, and not one of them is a name, an email, a raw IP, or anything about why the visit happened.
Six-year retention
The audit log is kept for six years, the window § 164.528 reaches back — not trimmed to save storage.
Append-only, at the database
Updates and deletes are revoked at the permission level, so the history can't be quietly rewritten. Including by us.
No per-visitor metering
A busy month costs the same as a slow one. Traffic growth is never a billing event.
What the price does not buy.
Consential is compliance infrastructure. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, it does not indemnify your practice, and paying for it does not by itself satisfy HIPAA, the ADA, or any state privacy law. It is not a substitute for counsel or for a manual accessibility audit by a human tester.
What you are buying is a gate that holds, a record that stands up, and a dated report that says what was true and when. Your attorney should review your consent language before it goes live. See the full Risk Disclosure, or change your own privacy choices.
